In order to ensure the security and safety of our clients, Affinity Community Care conducts a background check of our aides/companions with a private investigative company, before being placed with a client. When we send in staff to interact with our clients, it is with the understanding that they are entrusted to be qualified, competent, reliable, and trustworthy staff members.

- County Criminal Records
- Employment Verification
- Employees who are dependable, trustworthy, and caring
- Social Security Verification
- Personal References
- Department of Motor Vehicle Records
